MacBook Air cannot stay on. It is a 2013 purchase

This is exactly my problem - my macbook air turns itself on and off. it only stays on for about 1 minute. The local macbook authorised repairer reckons i need a new logic board. Having reserached this problem it appears this is an apple macbook air and pro issue to do with the solder used in the production at the time.

I understand from Apple there is a general recall for some models.

Can someone from apple contact me to advise how I arrange a replacement logic board,
