Q: Just got a new iphone 6s. Already went through the set up process but my old phone wasn't backed up to icloud. So now I'm trying to get the old info into my new phone. Help!

Where was your old phone backed up to? Did you backup in iTunes? If so, then connect the new device to iTunes, and restore your old backup. See this support document. Transfer content from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device - Apple Support

I agree with roaminggnome. Your contradicting yourself. Why don't you take a breath, start over, and describe your problem.

Are you maybe trying to say that you cannot see the old backup? If that is the case, it is probably that the new phone does not have the same iOS as the old phone, or has an older iOS.
