Are you maybe trying to say that you cannot see the old backup? If that is the case, it is probably that the new phone does not have the same iOS as the old phone, or has an older iOS.

You will need to see this support document, follow the steps for a device you already backed up. Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
