Wrong songs appearing on CD

I've put a CD in my computer (Disc One of Two) and it's coming up with the songs from the other CD. I'm wondering if when it asked for the name of the CD I clicked on the wrong one, but now the wrong songs come up every time I put the disc even after I've deleted it. The right songs come up on a different media player, so what's going on?
