Q: system flash card

I need to make an el capitan flash card, but even help with screen sharing with Apple senior adviser does not manage it. How do I proceed?

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Please define "el capitan flash card". What is this? Are you trying to install El Capitan onto your computer? Upgrade to OS X El Capitan - Apple Support
