I am a new Apple user with an Ipad.
There is no Facetime app on my IPad or in the app store, so how do I access Facetime?

On the device, open Settings, General, and then About. If the model number has AB or AE just before the slash, it won't have FaceTime in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, or any country outside the Middle East; only SIM cards for certain Middle Eastern carriers enable it. Otherwise, check the device’s restrictions.
