how do i delete something from the system library folder
I am trying to delete some things from the Library folder and it is telling me that I do not have the permission. Why is this?

Exactly what are you attempting delete?
The vast majority of the stuff in the system library is there for the system. Deleting anything from there is a very good way to break you system.
