Intermittent connection issues with newer Extreme, HELP

I have a network of the new Airport extreme, updated software. Has worked great the day i set it up until last Monday. It is also extended to an Airport Express 3rd generation, up to date. I have totally factory reset, and re-added all my connections back. That includes many apple products, and other items, and ive re-done and reset all of these products to factory reset. I still have issues, my IP found nothing wrong. Any suggestions?
