Ethernet, Wifi don't work on MacbookPro... mystery...

Last time it randomly fixed itself after I tried everything that didn't help.

Wifi and Ethernet don't make macbook pro connect. Knowing both the cable and wifi are functional and work on the other computer so no issue with the connection medium. Any solutions out there? very frustrating. Thanks.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)
