Touchpad and Keyboard unresponsive

The touchpad and the keyboard of my 2015 MacBook Pro 23" Retina will not work. I am running El Capitan. External keyboard and mouse however work fine. The cursor is stuck in the top left part of the screen. The touchpad vibrates but doesn't click anything. I already took it to the Apple Store and they said it doesn't appear to be a hardware problem. I already tried reinstalling the OS and repairing the disk. Any help is appreciated.
