Is there an error message? Are you running out of space? One option would be to attach a cable and do it via iTunes

I have plenty of storage 6.5GB. It came up with the message: unable to install update. An error occurred installing iOS 9.2.1
I'm having the same problem. Did anybody figure this out? Any advice?
Connect your phone via cable to a computer running the latest version of iTunes and try to update
