hard drive space-

I am constantly getting a "your disk is full" error message.


I have since deleted all photos (and recently deleted photos inside iPhoto)


Have under 60 songs


Attached is my disk usage summary;

and here is a list of all my files sorted by size:

I don't know where the 10 GB of video or 2 GB of photos are??? any ideas???

Well, it means that you have a lot of small files. Photos are typically in the Pictures folder. Videos are typically in the Movies folder.


How do you have 94 GB of Apps? That is taking up 78% of your drive.


I have a lot of apps but they only take up ~32 GB.


I would look at the /Applications directory first.

The storage display might be off. To fix that re-index your hard drive

There may just be lots of small junk files though left over after you uninstalled the applications. To remove these try some sort of cleaner that finds residual files and in future use an app like AppCleaner that not only uninstall the app but also finds all the residual files
