I submitted a f podcast feed a month ago and am still waiting for a reply. Any idea when I will be notified?

A month is longer than usual, though not unknown. It may be that they are being slower than usual to get round to you - your podcast does not appear when searching on the title, so presumably it's not up yet.

You could try contacting Support, though I don't know whether this will produce any useful result. Goto https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
