So before my trip i was trying to download a movie for my kids and when i clicked down load it started, ben then when i paused it and hit resume it says waiting and nothing else not even a loading or status bar! I have followed the steps on the apple support page and that did not help please help because i just payed for the movies and i can't watch them!!
iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 9.2.1
This is on the iPad ? What exactly have you tried, what 'support page' were you looking at ? Have you tried deleting the film and going to the Purchased tab, assuming that it is the iPad, in the iTunes Store app and seeing if you can redownload it ?
Down Loading movie won't work
