Itunes constantly snapping to certain points

I'm having weird issues with Itunes and I seem to be the only one on the entire internet having this specific problem. The circumstances that cause these things to happen are so incredibly specific and bizarre, yet it happens quite a bit and I'm losing my patience.

When I click on songs in certain albums in my album library, and if I have scrolled below so far where I can not see the top of the album's artwork, the screen automatically snaps upwards to show the album artwork, but if I have scrolled closer to the bottom of the album then it snaps to fit the bottom of the album inside the window. This happens with both albums large and small.

For example, it will be like this.

But when I click a song, it'll be like this.

This is what it looks like when it snaps to fit the bottom.

And a similar issue happens when I leave an album opened up and click to another window. When I come back to itunes it will automatically close the album and snap to the very top of the screen, where my latest added albums are. The strange part is that this only happens to certain albums. This doesn't happen when I click on songs I bought off of the itunes store at all, it mostly happens to ones I didn't buy. There are a couple albums I didn't buy that don't have this issue. They have CD's in real life dedicated to them and one of them is available on the store. However there is one album with this issue that is on the store but I didn't buy. What is going on here? Is this Apple's way of punishing me for not buying all of my music exclusively off of the store? Can anyone help?
