If you are trying to recover them to your PC you can log in to https://www.icloud.com/ and then click the Photos app there, then Albums in the bar at the top, then Recently Deleted, then Select Photos, select the ones you want and then either click the Download item to download them or "Recover" to add them back to your library.

TO clarify: I want to recover them to my iPhone 6s P, not my Lenovo yoga.
You would need to go to the Recently Deleted album on the iPhone. Select the photos that you wish to recover, then click on Recover.
