fastest way to transfer pictures to Icloud ?

I got 150GB of pictures, my internet upload is very slow (0.26Mbps) been running my computer none stop for nearly four weeks and managed to upload as per computer only 50GB .

Any one has a good suggestion to make the process faster ??Thnaks

Get faster internet connection at public WiFi access point suck as Starbucks, Apple Store or the like.

Yes I do bring my computer to work where speed is faster (1.2Mbps)but still cant download that fast ! is there any other alternative? Thanks
