This has happened a couple of times. I have my iTunes library on an external drive called a Transcend, and it's 1 TG and has almost 400 GB of space. But could it be a partition problem?

I had a different Transcend external drive that was already formatted OX S Extended. It's working fine. Also, I think the other external drive just might have been messed up. Thanks for the tip.

My movie downloads for the iTunes store are freezing at exactly 4.0 GB and I get err = -50
