I have an older ipod touch (ios vers. 6.1.6) and want an internet radio app, but everything I try in the app store is for ios 8 or above ... where can I get older apps that my ipod can use?

Install the latest compatible version of an app on an earlier version of iOS or OS X

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
