dropped my iphone 5s and it doesnt work

You most likely damaged it to the point of needing service, but to be sure, try the following.

-Complete a hard reset by holding both the sleep/wake button and the power button at the same time until it turns black, then shows the Apple Logo again.

-Put the device into recovery mode and attempt to restore in iTunes.

-Try using DFU Mode to restore it via iTunes (Google it).

-Set up service by contacting Apple or find a service location. Apple Service Answer Center

This could be a multitude of things, but could be as simple as a damaged battery.
