Where can i get ios version 6 for download and restore it on iTunes for upgrade

Where can I get older version like iOS 6 and to manually restore on iTunes for upgrade as currently I am on iOS 5.1?

To reiterate what Niel posted on sir, for my iPad 2 I am currently on version 5.1. I wish to manually update it in sequence to ios 6 followed ios 7; please help on how todo it
you cannot go from iOS 5.1 to iOS 6 as iOS 6 is no longer available. Should you choose to upgrade, you will be upgraded to the latest available compatible version for your device. Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
