Torrents are, by and large, a means of obtaining illegal pirated programs. They are also often found to carry malware and other undesirable programs. I strongly advise you to buy programs from the developer. You are dabbling in the unknown otherwise.
why can't you install utorrent http://ll.www.utorrent.com/intl/en/
there is also bitorrent http://www.bittorrent.com/
and transmission http://www.transmissionbt.com/download/

Yes there seems to be problem with that download, it wouldn't initiate for me either. it is a recently posted update so there must be an error with them
it was only released 3 days ago.
it is also very small at under 1Mb. there is a Beta version you can download, I tried it and it will start. if you scroll down the page there is also an older version that you could try..
