I saw a good set of headphones for sale for the 2012 iPod shuffle 4th gen and I was wondering, is the 2015 version available on the apple store the same (hardware wise) as the 2012 version?
Basically: Can ma 2015 4th gen shuffle use 2012 4th gen headphones/headsets?

Do you not believe me when I've answered this question in your other topics? 🙂 The 2015 shuffle and the 2012 shuffle are basically the same design. Any headphones that work with a 2012 4th gen shuffle should work identically with a 2015 4th gen shuffle.

No one advertises and sells headphones that are only for the 2012 4th gen iPod shuffle. That would be an extremely limited market. The 4th gen iPod shuffle (from any year) can use any standard headphones with standard mini-stereo plug.
