This has been going on for a while. After listening to podcasts I delete them (I save a few to listen to again at a later time). But they keep coming back!!?? Even when I delete them from my phone AND in iTunes on my iMac. My iPhone continues to fill up even though I have deleted many podcasts many times. Very annoying.

I understand that you have some podcasts that show back up after deleting them. To begin troubleshooting, I would suggest checking the settings on these podcasts to see if Download Episodes is enabled or disabled.
Download Episodes: The latest episodes of your podcasts will download automatically if your iOS device is connected to Wi-Fi.
