What country are you from. What cards are you trying (do not put numbers)?

Checking your user name, I suspect you are from India. If that is so, you should be aware that you cannot usually use a DEBIT card in India; it must be a credit card. Check your payment details, where you should see illustrations of the acceptable cards.
