iPhone6 went out black couldn't turn on and off

I didn't know about the black out in IPhone6 putting only Instagram browser only its doesn't work properly to fix it go to Apple Store to fix it.

Plaese need to help to look for phone to report it by IPhone6 and turn on and off to back to the Home page.
