my Mac Book Pro with Retina (2015) is slow and the battery life is less than 5h instead of 10h according to apple

since I have been to apple store to prepare my mac, because it's been crashed and bug, the person has only formatted my mac, however since then my mac it's too slow,

than the second Issue, is regarding the Battery life time, which doesn't exceed 5h, instead of 10h which is advised of up to 10h to 12h.
