"CAS.error.CASWS-INPUT-VAL-01" while trying to connect Apple Support

Hi!


I'm trying to connect Apple Support (iTunes Store support) using Safari 9.0.3, but this error occurs...

It looks like you are attempting to reach out to us for assistance, but received an error in Safari. If you have already tried to clear Safari history and disabled plugins, I would recommend reaching out to us via phone.


If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues
