Someone changed the date to 1970 in my phone..it's a 5s and now it's not starting... How do I start it?
my iPhone date is changed to 1970.... Now it won't start....how do I start it again? Somone please help me out...

That "someone" really did not do you a favor as your phone could be permanently bricked. See other threads in this forum about that problem. Recovery has been possible, but not in all cases. You might have to take it to an Apple Store.
