I am starting the screen recoding process with no issues until I play the recording. It shows the recording for 20 seconds approximately and then the image freezes but audio keeps playing. I tried several screen recordings but I am having the same outcome. Please help.

It sounds like there's an issue playing a video recording of your MacBook Pro screen in QuickTime Player. Did you make the recording of your MacBook Pro screen with QuickTime Player?
