New Mail Account on MacBook

Have a new MacBook and on trying to set up a new e-mail account it says 'Connection Insecure'.

Anyone know why? I am trying to set up an IMAP account and this has never happened.

Have iCloud set up - do I need to log out of this?

Not sure what to do and my internet connection is secure.
