Network Utility - Transfer Statistics (Errors) - GIGABIT NETWORK

Good morning , I found the reception errors in network utility on the workstation Mac Pro , on the other hand a smart run of netgear switch does not give me errors on the door , what can you mean ? Thank you

MAC PRO DUAL CPU-OTHER, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

More than a handful of errors at Startup, or error counts that increase over time, may indicate a wiring problem, such as a broken wire in the cable.

Gigabit requires all eight conductors be present and in good condition.

A mis-wire is also a possibility, but is unlikely.
