Why are music tracks have different numeration in desktop and iPhone? How to solve it?

Hey, guys! I have a problem. I got iTunes on my desktop and a music tracks there. Their numeration is 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008. When I synchronize with my mobile phone, I have the same tracks there, but the numeration becomes 002, 005, 007, 008, 010, 011, 013, 014.

What is the way to synchronize correctly, so I have same numeration of tracks in my desktop and mobile? Or what are the other ways to solve this problem?
