stuck on unmounting disk

hi guys, i have a MacBook Pro, want to install on it Mac OS X lion using USB, and i do a clean install by erase the hard drive but when i do its stuck on unmounting disk for hours without any result !

i have downloaded OS X El Capitan from app store and burn it on USB, i booting from USB to install it but i got this error !

help please ..
