Can I connect Dell U2715H as extended screen for the latest iMac 21.5inch Retina 4K?

My Dell U2715H monitor can be connected to my old iMac 21.5inch (2009) and my Macbook Pro 15inch:

May I ask if Dell U2715H monitor can be connected to the latest iMac 21.5-inch (late 2015) with Retina 4K display as a second screen?

I just worry if the Thunderbolt2 port on iMac is compatible with Dell U2715H's displayport...
