Bought and iPod touch and trying to connect to my network. I have a 6 digit password and it won't let me join. How can I get into the network and Airport Express?

It sounds like y are not getting the Join button to change/be active. If so that means that you are not entering the required number of characters for the network password. That happen when you use WEP security and enter the paraphrase instead of the hexadecimal password that the router generates fro the paraphrase
