You are not seeing the pdf icon or the pdf itself will not download when you tap the icon? Is it just one particular email?

I'm having the same issue. It is only certain PDF on my iPhone 6 plus. The mail will show there's an attachment when looking at the email list (shows the paper clip). When the email is opened, there is no PDF attachment to download. Nothing to tap.

I'm having the same issue. So frustrating!

It seems to only be the emails I'm sending from outlook. I am able to receive everyone else's PDFs and Jpegs fine. I'm not sure if it's my iphone or Outlook mail?
