IiPad 2 messaging will not deliver any messages to one of my contacts. Tried ppowering off. Contact is not blocked. Will deliver to other contacts. Problem contacts is not having any roulette with her iPad.

Can she iMessage with other iOS users?
my contact is not having a problem with anyone else. Just deleted her in my contacts and re-entered her and that did not work.

Was she part of a group message at one point? There is a section in the support article that talks about what to do in that situation.
