My iPhone is bent as well. It was purchased in November. If this is considered a manufacturer's defect why is Apple not covering it? My phone is always in the case and I never noticed the bend so got progressively worse. What is my recourse?
Small claims court?
It is not a manufacturer defect. It is damage that you caused to the iPhone.
You can try taking it to the genius bar to see if they would offer any options.
