I have a pop up tab on Safari that allegedly is from Amazon. It invites me to an Amazon Survey, but I can't get rid of it. The only option it gives me is "OK".
I've tried restarting, after quitting Safari. It doesn't work.
Can anyone help please?

Please quit the application. Force quit if necessary.
Relaunch it by holding down the shift key and clicking its icon. That action will prevent the last window state from being reloaded.
