I can only sign into messages on my mac book pro by using a guest account. The support community says post this finding if it happens to you. That is what I am doing. Any body any ideas on what to do next?

I have followed the instructions posted in the community about message / iMessage log in problems, and have worked through until the point where it says if this happens post your result.
