Disney app certain shows never play

Disney Junior app always seems to say certain shows are not available. It lists the episodes but whenever I select one it tries to play but then says it can't play right now due to an error, please try again in a few minutes. Certain shows NEVER actually work. Not sure if its an app issue or an appletV issue.
