Keyboard lag iOS 9.2.1

Has anyone else noticed a significant and seemingly random keyboard lag since installing 9.2.1? This happens with texting and email. I've done a hard reset and it didn't help. I don't really want to go through the whole restore iPhone process but may have to unless others have had success with something else.
