I bought a new apple tv 4 generation last night ... brought it home and set it up ... everything ran fine even watched a movie ... this morning i go to all i get is a display of an image which i take to describe connecting my apple tv to iTunes via the micro usbc cord ... what is wrong with my brand new apple tv 4?
If you bought it last night I would take back and exchange. Otherwise, you should follow the instructions to restore it. Important to use a data cable rather than a charging only cable...
