Still no Mail Rules on iOS? Come on, Apple!

I have been waiting for Apple to add mail rules to iOS since iOS 2 in 2008. Almost 8 years now, and still we have to setup using a Mac or PC. If you don't want users to jailbreask, this kind of basic functionality is a must! I wouldn't mind even making me use the Safari web browser to set them up, but I'm blocked from even doing that. If you *TRULY* believe the iPad Pro is a laptop replacemen, then why can't I add, delete, or change rules with it, right out of the box?
