What do you mean 'I redeemed my ituned card' and 'Somebody Took My Card And Used It' ? Did you, or did you not, redeem the card onto your account ? An iTunes gift card can only be redeemed once, if you had redeemed it onto your account then it doesn't matter if somebody else took the card, the card would be used/empty.
If you mean that somebody had access to your account, and you didn't them your password, then change your password via http://appleid.apple.com (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
