Hello everyone. Apple has released a pencil for a $100 and everything is fine, apart of the fact that it has to pair with your iPad. Does anyone know what is the point of this "feature" and how does it work? Does it actually change anything and if it is anyway better than any other stilus?

First off, if you do not have an iPad Pro, forget about the Apple Pencil. It only works with the iPad Pro. Secondly, read the Apple Store website page for the Apple Pencil and it will tell you all the details of what it does as a drawing and writing tool.
You should probably have a look at http://www.apple.com/apple-pencil/ The Apple Pencil is far more sophisticated than a simple capacitive touch dumb stylus.
The Apple Pencil is also a Bluetooth device, so it must be paired with the iPad Pro like any other Bluetooth device.
I'd like to clarify my original question. I do understand the bluetooth thing and what it does, but I do not understand the point of syncing it through the lightning port, why not to just sync it via bluetooth like any other devices?
Because there are no controls on the pencil to reset pairing mode. The act of plugging it in to pair (and charge) it ensures that it can always be re-paired as needed, or paired with a different device. By using the physical lightening connection to set up pairing, the designers avoided having to somehow build in a switch or button to force pairing mode.
Once initially paired, btw, you can charge it with a cable and the iPad Pro's power supply and it will re-pair to the recognized device by just starting to use it again. If you were to go into BT settings and remove it though, you'd have to plug it back into the iPad Pro to reset pairing mode on the pencil.
