Adobe Flash installation problems
What might be keeping me from being able to install the latest Adobe Flash? El Capitan is up and running... but...

Are you installing it from this link -> https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ ? That should be the only place that you install it from. If you are clicking in a pop-up window which suddenly appeared you may be falling for adware/spamware.
