can I delete a picture from my "all photos" without eliminating it also from an album it has been saved to?

Can I delete a picture from my "all photos" without eliminating it also from an album it has been saved to? I would like to declutter pics from the all photo view and keep them organized in albums.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2.1

If you delete from All Photos it is deleted from everywhere. You can organize all of your photos into albums and ignore All Photos if you want. Putting photos into albums doesn't duplicate the storage space used.
