My iPhone was on charge and I was using, but it froze and the screen went black. I can hear messages coming through and when I hold my home button I can hear Siri. What is wrong with my phone and how can I fix it?😢
iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1
I have no clue what happened, but I suggest resetting it by holding the home and power keys down until the Apple logo appears. If that does not help, take it in to an Apple store for testing/diagnosis.

Iphone was charging and I was using it, then it froze and screen went black. I can hear messages coming through and I can change from vibrate to sound and when I hold my home button I can hear siri but nothing is coming up on my screen,its just black,Help
