Dont know how to use my I cloud storage.

iCloud is a syncing service, not a cloud based storage system. A copy of whatever you sync to iCloud remains on the device. If you are syncing photos, to increase space available, go Settings/iCloud/Photos and select Optimize iPhone/iPad Storage. That will reduce the space required by about 90% when fully effective.
I have 2 kind of storage on my I pad pro and I download music from I tunes and my I pad storage is full so bought mor storage on I cloud but still is 0 usage and I wanna download movies but they still till me I don't have enough storge . Thanks
